Service and operator

HaulNavi EU is operated by Thiago Henrique da Cunha Mattos, Italy. It provides free operational calculations and readiness checklists for road-freight activities using figures and confirmations supplied by you. There is no purchase, booking or payment function.

Understand the results

Results are estimates, not live navigation, current market prices or a guarantee of profit. Check the inputs, units and assumptions before relying on a result. Fuel prices, tolls, traffic, taxes and actual operating costs can differ. Route comparisons compare the costs you supply; they do not select or validate a physical route.

The service does not provide legal advice, customs clearance, tachograph certification, driving/rest entitlement determination, safety certification or eFTI/eCMR certification. Driving-time calculations use availability you have already confirmed; a readiness checklist is not proof of compliance. Verify applicable laws, permits, documents and driver/vehicle requirements with authoritative sources.

Acceptable use

Use only information you are entitled to provide. Do not submit sensitive personal information or secrets. Do not use the service to falsify transport records, evade lawful controls, manipulate tachograph records, forge documents, misrepresent shipment information or disrupt the service. The service is not designed for children under 13.

Availability and responsibility

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. No uptime or support-response guarantee is offered. You remain responsible for operational decisions and verifying estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
