Who is responsible

HaulNavi EU is operated by Thiago Henrique da Cunha Mattos, Italy, the controller of personal data processed for this service. Contact: thiagohcmattos@gmail.com.

Information and purposes

The tools receive the operational figures and checklist confirmations sent by ChatGPT at your request: distances, costs, rates, revenue, time allowances and yes/no readiness answers. They return trip-cost estimates, route-cost comparisons, waiting costs, empty-kilometre impacts, calculations against driving time you have already confirmed, and readiness checklists. Providing the relevant figures is necessary for a calculation; identifying a driver or customer is not.

Do not send full transcripts, passwords, API keys, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, exact GPS positions or home addresses. The tools do not request these. If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include, to answer your request.

Hosting and recipients

The site and MCP endpoint run on OpenAI ChatGPT Sites, using its Cloudflare-based hosting runtime. OpenAI and its hosting subprocessors process traffic to deliver and secure the service. Infrastructure may process network identifiers, request metadata and operational/security logs. Sites also provides traffic statistics such as page views and visitor counts. Tool results return to ChatGPT. Your ChatGPT conversations and settings are separately governed by OpenAI's privacy policy. Email support uses Gmail, so messages are also handled by Google under its privacy policy. We do not sell personal data, display advertisements, or use tool inputs to train a HaulNavi model. We may disclose information when legally required.

Retention

The application processes tool content in memory for the request and does not write inputs or results to a database, files or application logs. It has no saved user accounts or calculation history. This does not delete your ChatGPT conversation or hosting records.

Infrastructure records are managed by the hosting service for service operation, security and applicable obligations; HaulNavi does not configure a fixed log-retention period. Under the applicable OpenAI DPA, processing lasts for service provision and necessary obligations afterwards, with return or deletion on termination subject to legal retention requirements. Support correspondence is retained only while needed to resolve the request, handle related follow-up or meet legal obligations; relevant factors include an unresolved dispute and applicable limitation periods.

Legal bases and international processing

Where GDPR applies, processing necessary to provide your requested service is based on performance of that service; support and protection against abuse rely on legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable service, and legally required retention or disclosures rely on legal obligations.

Sites does not provide EU-only data residency. Data may be processed outside your country. The OpenAI DPA provides for adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses for applicable EEA transfers. Your choices and rights

You can stop using or disconnect the plugin, omit identifying details and use ChatGPT's own conversation controls. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing the controller above. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and request only proportionate information to verify a request. We cannot retrieve calculation history that the application never stored; requests about infrastructure data will be handled with the relevant provider where necessary.

You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante at garanteprivacy.it. No calculation makes a legally binding decision about you.

Cookies, audience and updates

The application code sets no cookies and includes no advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Hosting-level processing is described above. The service is for road-freight operations and is not designed for children under 13. Changes to data practices will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
